Her journey in the Educational field
She joined the Jayendra Saraswathy Institutions Coimbatore after her graduation and worked alongside her mentor her mother Mrs. Dhanalakshmi Jayachandran the founder of the Sri Jayendra Saraswathy institutions in Coimbatore consisting of 2 schools both the CBSE and state board higher secondary schools and an Arts and Science college.
She believes that nothing is impossible to try, so incorporating all the best systems of international boards and the Indian boards she has tailor-made a program to suit her students. A strong believer that every child is unique follows Howard Gardner’s multiple intelligence in planning the learning environment and has her focus on the digital natives to meet the 21sr century skills in learning with great emphasis on being rooted in the Indian culture and character building.
As a well-traveled person, she has visited schools in all the countries traveled to and brings back learning that can be used in the Indian classroom effectively. The best pedagogical method is incorporated. Tried and tested knowledge partners are paired with to give the students the best and the latest methods in education.
She was instrumental in her mother-in-law Mrs. Vasundara Selvaraj setting up the school by taking care of the academic planning as a new bride she set up the school for the children in Kovilpatti before having her own child Tejaswini.

As a correspondent of 4 schools and a joint secretary of a college, her life revolves around preschoolers to PhDs. She has had the experience of working with the education panel of the CII and also held positions in the Coimbatore district school association as joint secretary.
